Nut Based Gluten Free Keto Bread Roll Mix

older mix, Called, nut based keto bread mix, does not say gluten free. Macros are different. than what is shown here. Can't fine the mix on this site now. When bake it is a very heavy bun and turned purple when baked.

Edible, but not really to my preference. It reminds me of whole wheat bread. If you like that sort of thing, you'll probably love it. This company sells another bread mix that I like much better, that one is more like a white bread. This one isn't bad, I just always preferred white bread. I bought both mixes having absolutely no idea what the difference was...so hopefully this will help someone else decide lol.
