    I love this dough! You would never know that it's low carb. The texture is fantastic! It cooks up beautifully on a pizza stone but not so well on a metal pan. If you use a metal pan the crust is soft,but on a stone its crispy like pizza crust should be.Will definitely buy again!

    2nd try was the charm

    1st time don't know what went wrong but dough was like cardboard. Tried a 2nd time but this time I threw the one packett of yeast which was 8 grams and I didn't over mix the dough. I left it soft and let it rise. Very tasty and will buy again

    I made the dough in my breadmaker divided it and let it rise again in the oven set on “Proof”. It was like real pizza dough… not grainy or chalky at all (like some I have tried)! baked it on a pizza screen and it was nice and crisp but not dry.
