What you need
Farm Girl Pastry mix
Butter or Coconut Oil
Milk of Nut Milk
1 ½ cup flour
1 ¾ milk/butter milk or alternative milk
1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
Vanilla to taste
Add the milk vanilla and egg to a bowl and mix
In a separate bowl measure out 1 ½ cups of Farm Girl pastry flour.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix add the melted butter/coconut oil.
Cook on medium low heat in a gently oiled pan
-Make sure your pan is medium-low heat
-Try to get your pancake as thin as possible. When portioning it in to the pan use your ladle to gently spread it.
Use a lid to ensure it is cooked all the way through
If the batter become too thick add extra liquid
