This Gnocchi will surprise with just how easy it is to create one of Italys most treasured pastas. Soft, supple, melt in your mouth gnocchi that your whole family will love.
- 2 Cups of Noodle Flour
- 1 Pint of Ricotta Cheese
- 2 tbls of Parmesan Cheese
- 1 large egg
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too wet add a little more flour until a ball forms.
Transfer to a floured work surface and roll into 1 inch diameter tubes and cut 1 inch gnocchi. Set aside.
Boil a large pot of salted water. Place Gnocchi in water and boil until they float or about 90sec.
Serve with your favourite sauce
